Monthly PMI Hampton Roads Board Meeting
Closed Meeting – Board of Directors

The PMI Hampton Roads Board of Directors meets monthly, in alignment with our chapter bylaws, on the second Wednesday of each month. These sessions are closed Board meetings focused on strategic oversight, organizational alignment, and fiscal stewardship.

During each meeting, the Board reviews the current events calendar, evaluates actuals against the approved budget, and discusses key topics that support the chapter’s operations, member experience, and long-term goals.

While the meeting itself is not open to the public, members or stakeholders who wish to raise a topic for Board consideration are welcome to reach out directly to the Chapter President at [email protected]. Your insights and suggestions help ensure we remain a responsive, member-driven organization.
