Bio:

Dan Hay is a seasoned technology and operations leader who has spent his career helping large retail organizations navigate complexity, scale systems, and strengthen the teams behind them. During his tenure at Dollar Tree and Family Dollar, he led IT solutions delivery efforts that supported more than 16,000 stores across North America. Most recently, his work was focused on the Family Dollar brand, where he guided enterprise technology initiatives that impacted over 7,100 locations.
