We will enjoy solid introduction to the project and the project management involved, an understanding of the Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Safety Specialist roles. Additionally, we will meet with the HRSD PM and talk about his role. Lastly, we will tour of the old lab with the Lab Manager. 

Lots of cool stuff, lots of people and roles, lots of project management!!

Tour Details:

With underground utilities at 80%, foundations and footers at 90%, and steel erection at 75% and moving fast, now is a good time to plan a field trip. I can accommodate between 15-20 people for a site visit.
