AI is transforming project management, but are practitioners prepared to use it critically, not just conveniently? 

Students applied a structured framework: analyze independently, consult AI, evaluate outputs, synthesize with expertise, and reflect. They used this approach on real deliverables including charters, risk registers, and a Harvard PM simulation. Results were striking. AI proficiency and ethical AI reasoning showed large gains, and students progressed from passive AI consumers to intentional prompt architects who knew when not to use AI.

I'll walk you through the specifics of what students learned, including multi-model verification, structured validation protocols, and knowing when human judgment must lead. I'll also share how they plan to carry these competencies into internships and careers.
